Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist Manager to ensure customer inquiries are handled timely and tactfully
  • Assist to identify the problem, gather & evaluate information to satisfy customer needs.
  • Handle problem cases assigned by Senior Manager and Director
  • Handle ad-hoc problem case to protect the company interest and meet customer needs
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Secondary education level or above with 5-7 years’ experience in Customer Service Field
  • Independent, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good coaching and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS applications with Chinese words processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
