Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist Manager to ensure customer inquiries are handled timely and tactfully
- Assist to identify the problem, gather & evaluate information to satisfy customer needs.
- Handle problem cases assigned by Senior Manager and Director
- Handle ad-hoc problem case to protect the company interest and meet customer needs
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Secondary education level or above with 5-7 years’ experience in Customer Service Field
- Independent, well-organized and detail-minded
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good coaching and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS applications with Chinese words processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
