Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To supervise the progress and development of the Account Executives and report to the Account Manager directly
- To achieve sales targets set by the Account Manager by proactively and aggressively approaching potential customers with emphasis on the agreed target segments:
- To make cold calls to potential customers
- To meet potential customers to introduce the services of Local Guarding / Gurkha Services
- To prepare proposals or quotations for interested customers
- To follow up on sent proposals and quotations
- To answer and handle customer enquiries and complaints
- To handle the contract renewal and all the related documentary works
- To assist to gathering and consolidating market and competitor information
- To assist to in preparing the sales and marketing materials
Requirements:
- University graduate in any discipline
- Mature, independent with good communication skills
- Self-motivated,hardworking and aggressive
- Good analytical skill and drive for achievement
- Well knowledge in computer operations (i.e. MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing etc.)
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- At least 2 year related experience is preferable
- Fresh graduate will also be considered as the Account Executive
