Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To supervise the progress and development of the Account Executives and report to the Account Manager directly
  • To achieve sales targets set by the Account Manager by proactively and aggressively approaching potential customers with emphasis on the agreed target segments:
  • To make cold calls to potential customers
  • To meet potential customers to introduce the services of Local Guarding / Gurkha Services
  • To prepare proposals or quotations for interested customers
  • To follow up on sent proposals and quotations
  • To answer and handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • To handle the contract renewal and all the related documentary works
  • To assist to gathering and consolidating market and competitor information
  • To assist to in preparing the sales and marketing materials

Requirements: 

  • University graduate in any discipline
  • Mature, independent with good communication skills
  • Self-motivated,hardworking and aggressive
  • Good analytical skill and drive for achievement
  • Well knowledge in computer operations (i.e. MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing etc.)
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • At least 2 year related experience is preferable
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered as the Account Executive
