Job Description
Our client is one of the Domestic Helper Finance Company in Hong Kong with a total of 8 branches located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. To cope with their rapid business development, they invite high caliber professionals to join and be a member of their successful team.
Working location : Tsimshatsui
Working hours :
Monday - Friday : 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m (3 days per week ) / 12:00 n.n. to 9:00 p.m. (2 days per week)
Saturday :9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Benefits: 11 days annual leave, medical benefits, performance bonus, MPF , Bank holiday
Responsibilities:
- Contact with borrower to update overdue repayment
- Negotiate with borrower for repayment schedule
- Handle enquires related to collection matters
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Welcome for No Working Experience in Hong Kong / Fresh Graduate
- Native in Indonesian Bahasa or Tagalog language is a MUST
- Holder of H.K. Identity Card & Dependant Visa or H.K. Permanent Identity Card
- Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
- Highly persuasive, self-motivated, self-confident and customer service oriented
- Well-organized, hardworking, aggressive and able to work under pressure
