• Basic sales services are required for relationship development, non-sales target oriented
• To carry out daily operations in CS department including enquire service, monitoring of E-Commerce platform etc.

Requirements︰

• Degree or above with relevant experience
• Positive and customer-oriented
• Mature and able to work independently
• Keen interest in Japanese culture
• 1-2 years working experience
• Experience in CS, hotel, hospitality & 
  property management industry 
  is most preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be
  considered as Customer Service Officer
