Job Description
YM Store Supervisor Trainee Program is a 24-month accelerated career development program for young talents. The objective of the program is to provide learning opportunities for you to gain real life sales operations and develop professional expertise in retail industry.
Requirements︰
- Degree or above
- At least 2 years working experience
- Passionate in retail or service industry
- Positive, customer-oriented
- Keen interest in Japanese culture
Job Offer︰
- Basic Salary: $15000+
- 4 on-duty days per 1 rest day
- Public Holidays: 17 days per year
- Annual Leave: 11+ days per year
