Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop B2B sales leads (wholesale buyers) in overseas Western markets including “brick & mortar” and online retail shops.
- Email or call sales leads to get buyer contacts, engage them in brand introduction and product sampling, follow-ups and deal closing
- Manage sales leads and channels to meet sales targets, including re-orders
- Assist in any marketing projects
- Be prepared for brand and product presentations on the phone/video calls/in person and to answer technical questions
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to articulate knowledge about products, brand vision and value proposition to prospective buyers
- Have strong negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Have a strong passion for cosmetics and an excellent understanding of the beauty industry
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- Some experience handling wholesale business
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; Chinese and/or Japanese is a plus but not necessary
- Developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Good computer knowledge (Email, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint); Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator are an advantage
- Knowledge on how to use social media as a sales and marketing tool
- Able to work independently, under pressure and the ability to deal with rejection
- Base salary + Commission on successful orders
