This role reports to the Director for Greater China. You are accountable in the development and the acquiring of new business for Hong Kong market.

Our client is an international company offers state-of-art Human Capital solutions to customers all over the world. Their product lines are scientific based and have proven record of success in empowering overall human capital capabilities throughout organization.

The ideal candidate for this position should be an aggressive, target oriented business development professional who is flexible and enjoy working in a “Start-up” environment. You will be the very first staff working in the Hong Kong, and will work closely with colleagues in different countries in building the business. The ideal person should have an international mind set, and able to speak fluent English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales and marketing plan, initiate and drive marketing activities to promo the brand
• Develop sales pipeline, engage customer, drive and close deals
• Customize solutions based on customers’ needs, work closely with customers to understand and analyses their requirements and design solutions
• Work closely with costumers, support delivery of implementation of projects

Requirements:

• A Bachelor Degree in HR, Psychology, IT, or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Market Development, Business Development, or Sales and Marketing in which 3 years are in business consulting capacity
• Strong knowledge in Talent Development, or HR, or Human Capital Creation, Occupational Psychology, or any other similar disciplines
• Highly flexible and enjoy working in Start-up environment
• Enjoy working under international environment
• Excellent consulting and communication skills
• Fluency in writing and spoken English and Cantonese
