Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle customers enquiries from hotline and/or company websites with professional manner to achieve service excellence
- Perform outbound calls to provide premium follow up services
- Handle email and website enquiries and requests
- Provide administrative support and cooperate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
Requirement:
- At least 3 years’ experience gained in call centre environment, preferably from premium service industry
- Good command of written and spoken languages
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to go extra miles in driving total customer satisfaction
- Independent, diligent and responsible, with a positive attitude under pressure
