Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform coordination activities among our client, laboratory and inspection offices
- Handle lab test and inspection result follow-up
- Answer the enquiries of our client on-site, coordinate with internal departments such as lab and inspection offices for workable technical proposal so as to satisfy our client’s requirements
- Monitor the daily operations of our client’s projects and the implementation of new procedures
- Responsible for reports handling and uploading to our clients' system
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- 1 year experience in customer service or clerical field is prefered
- Good communication, interpersonal skills
- Customer focused, detail-oriented and patient
- Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and being team-spirit
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of Chinese, English & Putonghua
- Work location: Kowloon Bay
