Job Description
We have several clients including Fintech, Retail MNC, Media, IT driven companies. They pay very well and are now looking for Customer Service Executive who are energetic and passionate to join their dynamic and professional team.
Responsibilities
- Provide all rounded support in the area of client services including accounts opening and handling clients’ enquires
- To monitor, analyze and report the performance of the Business on a daily basis
- Assist in ad hoc project as required
- Maintain good relationship with clients
- Answer customer enquiries and provide quality services
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
- Fresh Graduate are also welcome
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to make cold and warm calls
- Must have a strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
