Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To handle customer enquiries and feedback received via telephone, email, and live chats in a call centre environment
- Manage communications with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner
- Provide quality service and support to customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Good PC knowledge and typing skills, including Chinese typing
- Candidates with no experience will be considered as training is provided
- Tactful and attentive to details
- Customer-oriented with good tele-communication skills is essential
- Excellent service attitude with good interpersonal, communication and team skills
- Able to work on shift including weekends and public holidays with compensated leave
