Responsibilities:

• Provide support to sales team in daily operations;
• Prepare the quotations, invoices, statements and other relevant documents;
• Follow up orders and manage customers information;
• Monitor and arrange the delivery schedule with clients and logistic parties;
• Receive and reply daily email and telephone enquiries;
• Check the stock status by request;
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• 1-2 years relevant experience is preferred;
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Well-organized, detail mindset and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of both written and spoken in English Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
