Job Description
Location: Central (near MTR station)
Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries through phone or email
- Forward enquiries to various departments
- Coordinate with various departments for follow-up
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Experienced in providing customer services
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
- Able to converse in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Familiar with using computers and office applications
Rotation
Rotation changing every week
Each duty：9 hours (including 1-hour meal break)
Starting from：9 am; 2 pm; or 6 pm (Allowance $200/day)
