Job Description
Responsibilities

To provide professional services to our local and overseas clients

To provide the support and liaise with internal parties in order to ensure the jobs meeting agreed service level

To prepare the regular reports and meeting materials to clients

To assist the implementation of ad hoc jobs or projects
Requirement

Degree holder or above

Strong customer service orientation

At least 3 years’ experience in customer service or account management

Good interpersonal and communication skills in customer relationship management

Good in spoken and written Chinese and English

Independent, initiative and a good team player
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive
