Job Description
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Logistics Studies or equivalent
- 2 years or above working experience in logistics arrangement
- Experience in logistics or forwarding company will also be considered
- Self-initiative, dynamics, detail-oriented and good team player
- Well-versed in using MS Word and Excel (Pivot table / VLookup)
- Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
- Immediate available would be an advantage
Job Requirements
- Responsible for daily logistics arrangement with vendors and forwarders
- Handle customers’ enquiries regarding the order and shipment schedules
- Liaise with internal departments on outbound orders and returned goods
- Maintain the order status in the system and prepare monthly logistics reports
