• 有良好的溝通能力

Pedder Group operates both Women's and Men's Shoes and Accessories business of Lane Crawford - both online and offline. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about fashion and keen in providing their professional styling advice as well as excellent customer service to our valuable customers to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve agreed business unit sales targets 
• Able to communicate confidently the unique selling points and the features of the merchandises 
• Deliver consistent and high standard of customer service at all times 
• Perform daily housekeeping of merchandises 

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with minimum 2 years experience in retail and/or service industry 
• Experience with high-end fashion is preferred 
• Proactive, presentable and passionate for fashion with good customer service skill 
• Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
