Job Description
Responsibilities職責
- Responsible to operate the counter sales, phone orders and web orders in the shop
- 負責店門銷售, 處理電話及網上訂單
- Handle customers' enquires and complaints
- 處理顧客查詢及投訴
- Perform day-to-day store operation activities such as product display, loading products to shelves, tester checking, etc.
- 整理商品、上架及協助店舖日常運作
- Conduct outbound and handle inbound customer service calls
Requirements要求
- Secondary school graduate or above
- 中五畢業或以上學曆
- Minimum two years working experience, preferrably in customer service or retail environment
- 兩年相關銷售/客戶服務經驗
- Hands-on PC knowledge (Word, Excel). Chinese word processing a must
- 能操電腦，中文輸入法
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- 良好廣東話，能操英語及普通話者優先
- Honest, hard working and willing to learn
- 誠實，勤力及主動好學
- Required to work on shift
- 須輪班工作 (10:30-19:30/12:30-21:30)
- No Shift on Sunday and Public Holidays
- 休星期日及公眾假期
