Key Responsibilities

• Handle client on boarding process, including but not limited to KYC and other due diligence process
• Preparing proposals, presentations and other marketing materials
• Support your manager to provide value added solutions and handle clients’ enquiries
• Provide administration support to the team
• To maintain and submit accurate daily timesheets on billable hours
• Assist in handing ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements / Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess the following:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Degree in Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting , or other relevant disciplines preferred 
• Excellent problem solving skills with strong client oriented mind-set
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluent Mandarin is preferred
