Job Description

職責:

  • 協助收銀部經理管理收銀部各項日常運作;
  • 監督及處理每日結算,覆核工作及提交結算報告;
  • 確保日常收銀運作遵照既定程序及政策,檢視異常的交易,處理有問題的個案及不時地對收銀營業守則提供更新及改善建議;
  • 安排及進行員工培訓,包括POS收銀系統及顧客服務;
  • 管理收銀操作員及帳房員工,處理員工事宜包括編更、表現評核及員工紀律;
  • 與服務供應商、審計人員及其他部門聯絡以履行職務

職位要求:

  • 中五或以上程度及有良好數字觸覺;
  • 8年或以上零售收銀經驗,包括不少於2年主任/督導經驗;
  • 良好領導、人事管理及溝通技巧;
  • 細心及擅於分析 ;
  • 良好中英語
