Responsibilities:    

• Manage    and    develop    online    retail    business.
• Provide    timely    correspondence    to    incoming    inquiries. 
• Frequently    refresh    online    contents    with    in-depth    knowledge    of    fine    wine. 
• Update    weekly    online    retail    price    and    quantity.    
• Coordinate    and    manage    third-party    e-commerce    portals.    
• Provide    aftersales    service    and    encourage    repeat    purchase.    
• Send    out    weekly    promotions.    

Requirements:    

• University    graduate    with    at    least    3    years    of    relevant    working    experience    in    online    retail.
• Strong    knowledge    of    fine    wine    from    Bordeaux,    Burgundy,    Rhone    Valley,    Tuscan    and    Napa    Valley.
• Familiar    with    latest    e-commerce    development    and    popular    social    media.    
• Good    working    knowledge    in    Adobe    Photoshop    and    Illustrator    required.    
• Creative,    resourceful,    result    oriented,    and    sales    focused.    
• Mature,    independent,    self-motivated,    accountable,    ethical    and    responsible.    
• Strong    problem    solving,    interpersonal    and    communication    skills    
• Good    command    in    both    spoken    and    written    English,    Mandarin    and    Cantonese
• Proficiency in French or Japanese a plus. 
• Multinational experience in wine industry preferred.

Lesser qualification or experience will be considered for the Online Sales & Marketing Executive position.
