Job responsibilities

• Assist in month-end closing and management reporting for overseas offices
• Assist in donation administration and income processing e.g. processing of web donations, offline credit card donations and monthly donations
• Perform income processing and related donor services support duties
• Provide support to Fundraising department colleagues regarding donation status and other financial related queries
• Assist in ad hoc accounting duties

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accountancy or relevant disciplines with at least 3 years accounting experience
• Hands-on experiences with accounts receivable and sales system maintenance an advantage
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written) and Cantonese
• Ability to work and communicate within a multicultural environment is essential
• Proficient in PC skills; experienced Excel user about pivot tables and look up formulas
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Immediate availability preferable
