Job Description
Our client is a world global leather good brand which provides high quality leather products to customer around the world. They have a strong presence in Europe, Asia and Middle-East. To cope with their rapid business, they are now looking for high caliber talent with excellent store management experience to join as the 1st Flagship Store Manager and planning to open 3 stores with 1-2 years.
Job Duties:
- Leading a high performing customer facing and service orientated team.
- Drive store productivity and profitability and directly reported to the Italian Regional Director.
- Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively and in compliance of company standard.
- Leverage your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and store reports to support the development of a loyal customer base and develop your team to achieve the highest quality of customer profile capture with every transaction.
- Provide training to the store staff on the day by day activities.
- Deliver the company communications to all members of the store team.
- Requires strong marketing senses and give guidance to Visual Merchandising team in maintaining the store visual merchandising activities.
- This is a hands-on role and requires someone with strong leadership and entrepreneurial spirits.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience where 3 years in managerial level in store management in luxury fashion brands.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to network, recruit, train, develop and assess talent.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Proven ability to increase sales and profitability.
- Strong clientele background.
- Experience within a Store Manager or equivalent level role in a high volume and luxury environment.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and able to prioritise tasks.
- A good communicator with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levels.
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Candidates with senior experience will be considered as Store Director/ Area Manager.
