Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Prepare quotation and handle customer enquiries
- Contact potential / existing customers and maintain good relationship
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Requirement :
- Proven experience as telesales representative or sales /customer service role
- Ability to learn about products, services and describe to customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Cool tempered and able to handle rejection
- Proficient in PC skills in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint
- DSE / HKAL or above, 1 - 2 years relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduate will be considered as Sales Coordinator
