We are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join our Sales team as “Key Account Manager - Airline Catering" 

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets within key accounts of airline catering companies;
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with airline catering companies;
• Enhance relationship with key accounts including handling their enquiries, feedback and issues to their satisfaction;
• Communicate with all local process owners regarding requirements received from key accounts;
• Analyze weekly sales figures to identify emerging market trends and monitor progress against sales target;
• Ensure that all processes and procedures related to specific flights are completed, quality standards are met, and additional revenue opportunities documented on invoice;
• Ensure margin targets are maintained at appropriate levels, and credits, expenditure and rebates are managed in line with company policy and budget;
• Support profitability of key account clients by ensuring the accuracy of all costing and pricing
• Work closely with key accounts and Marketing team to develop promotion plans and advertising campaigns;
• Ensure that key account clients have access to appropriate stock levels

Requirements:

• DSE/ Diploma in Business or above;
• Minimum 3-5 years’ related work experience in B2B Sales and Communication, and Food and Beverage Industry;
• Exposure to Airline Catering Companies/ Airlines would be an advantage;
• Strong communication skill and excellent customer service attitude;
• Good interpersonal skill, independent, self-motivated and result-oriented;
• Outgoing, presentable, proactive and responsive;
• Good writing skills in both English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Immediate available is highly preferred
