Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day email / letter / fax in English, Traditional / Simplified Chinese
- Deal with customers' requests in an effective and tactful manner
- Update customers' profile, and necessary information in the CRM system
- Report customers' comments to supervisor for service improvement or follow up with client
- Full-time contract period: From Aug to Late-November 2018
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline
- Experience in customer services will be an advantage
- Polite with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
- Immediately available is preferred
- Fresh graduate is welcomed
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Customer Services Supervisor
