Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and analyzing market trends
• Identify new business opportunities in accordance with company’s direction and strategy
• Establish relationships with new customers and generate profitable sales
• Prepare presentations, proposals and reports
• Work closely with internal and external parties to achieve business objectives
  
• Coordinate with marketing team to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns
• Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in related fields, cosmetic background preferred
• Responsible, independent and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
