Job Description

Responsibilities & Requirements:

· Manage and retain the loyal group of subscriptions

· Minimize the complaint rates by monitor delivery agent performance and take necessary action

· Manage print and online subscription orders

· Handle daily customers’ inquiries and complaints at set standard and quality

· Handle general incoming inquiries such as new products, new policies, change of prices, etc.

· Take charge of the processing of school and corporate subscriptions


· Tertiary education with minimum 3-5 years of working experience in customer services support with supervisory experience

· Good service manner, strong communication and problem-solving skill

· Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Customer Relationship Executive

· Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

· Working on shift is required
