Pedder Group operates both Women's and Men's Shoes and Accessories business of Lane Crawford - both online and offline. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about fashion and keen in providing their professional styling advice as well as excellent customer service to our valuable customers to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• To operate the POS machine and handle sales transactions for all payment methods
• To ensure the payments and refunds are handled accurately and in line with company procedures
• To cross check the sales vouchers, matching with the POS report
• To identifying and resolving any cash discrepancies
• To ensure all merchandise is packed and wrapped according to the agreed standards
• To deliver consistent, friendly and responsive service to the customer

 Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail industry
• Positive with good customer service sense
• Numeric sensitive and familiar with POS system
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
