Job Description

• Handle renewal sales enquiries from customers and channel partners
• Lead the renewal sales cycle from proposal stage through contract execution
• Drive on-time or early renewals and achieve / exceed renewal targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Manage overall renewals business, included but not limited to identify & assess renewal risks and provide accurate monthly report & forecast
• Identify and provide pipelines update and revenue forecast on renewals business opportunities
• Communicate and work closely with vendors , channel partners and internal teams
• Ability to manage the customer relationship for additional product/service solution up-sell and cross- sell opportunities, including customer retention and contract renewal
• Track service level attainment as defined in the customer’s contract 
• Conduct regular account reviews meeting by gathering customer issues and manage overall customer satisfaction by assessing risks, and escalating internally as needed to secure a positive resolution.

Requirements

• Tertiary education or above
• Good command of written and spoken both English & Chinese
• Preferably with 2-­3 years of experience in a related field
• A self-starter with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
• Excellent time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently
• Self-motivation and results orientation
