About the job：

²  Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner

²  Co-ordinate with team members to handle customer enquiries and complains

²  Evaluate call result and track customer satisfaction

²  No cold call required

²  On-job training will be provided

Requirements：

²  Diploma or above with 2-4 years relevant customer service experience

²  Out-going personality and passionate in communicate with clients

²  Good command of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

²  Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua

²  Willing to learn and take on challenges

²  Immediately available is highly preferred
