We are looking for Account Loyalty Manager who responsible for managing and growing within the defined portfolio with SME commercial clients. 

 

The core responsibilities of this role are retain and expand the existing relationship within a defined portfolio of corporate clients in order to achieve growth target. Focus on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent client relationship across levels within the clients' organizations.

 

To be successful in this role, you must be a driven, self-motivated individual. Your prior experience in account management within commercial industry will be an advantage. 

 

Responsibilities: 

• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
• Ensure systems and products are clearly defined and understood by the client.
• Collaborate with internal team players in planning and implementing new client onboarding procedure to enhance user experience. 

Requirments:

 

• B.S in business or relevant experience with an alternate degree
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial selling and account management experience.
• Prior experience in financial service will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiating, and influencing skills
• Ability to build relationships with client decision makers and key internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of basic financial acumen is a plus (financial statement analysis, cash flow)
• Experience using Salesforce.com and LinkedIn a plus
• Strong PC skills, experience using Apple iPad, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel
• Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin would be an added advantage)
