Responsibilities:

• Report to Director, Members Services & Business Development directly
• Responsible for member recruitment, include meeting with potential members, cold/warm calling, follow up emails and actively participate in AmCham activities
• Responsible for the monthly sales target being assigned
• Develop and build membership base through scouting, marketing and closing
• Responsible for handling and processing members’ profile update and all types of membership administration tasks which require data capture function
• Assist MCD to implement new and innovative marketing campaigns referencing emerging trends and best practices for member recruitment purpose
• Assist MCD to prepare daily/weekly/monthly analytical reports via CRM system for membership drive action planning
• Always maintain excellent relationship with members and potential members
• Research member interests, collect and organize all member data
• Work closely with Events department and participate in events / meetings / activities
• Assist with all other membership department duties as required
• Recommend solutions for continuous process improvement

Requirements: 

• Overseas degree holder in Hospitality, Marketing or relevant disciplines preferred
• Minimum 4 years of sales / business development experience
• Outgoing, presentable and have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of building strong business relationships and possess reliable take charge and follow through abilities
• Detail oriented, initiative, able to work independently and under pressure
• Capable of communicating (written and verbal) effectively in both English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
