Job Summary

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about fashion, shoes and accessories with solid luxury retail operations experience to be the ambassador of the brand as well as to lead the team in providing extraordinary experience to customers and driving outstanding results. This requires a constant balancing of priorities, including strategic, operational and leadership excellence.

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee day to day retail operations and ensure the achievement of monthly sales target
• Lead, manage and train the sales team to achieve the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction through preparing and executing store productivity plans
• Enhance employee’s loyalty, satisfaction and reinforce team spirit through recognition and appropriate motivational activities
• Resolve customer problems or complaints efficiently and courteously to the satisfaction of the customer
• Retain and build on CRM database
• Work closely with merchandising team on customers’ feedback on products
• Work closely with marketing team on marketing initiatives for the brand / store
• Ensure daily housekeeping standards are maintained at all times and the visual merchandise presentations are in line with company standard

 Requirements 

• Retail operations experience in Hong Kong, preferably with experience in shoes, handbags and accessories 
• Passionate about fashion
• Strong business acumen, good analytical skills and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Dynamic team player with ability to positively motivate staff and network to build relationships
• Presentable, energetic and flexible to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
• 5+ years experience in luxury retail with at least 2+ years in operation management level
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Style Supervisor
