Responsibilities:

• Provide hotline service support to customers
• Escalate fault cases to related parties
• Update fault case progress to customers 
  
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments 

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE graduate, with IT knowledge will be an advantage
• Relevant experience in customer hotlines and / or complaints handling 
• Customer oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, passionate, self-motivated, patience, and able to work independently
• Conversational Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Shift duty is required (will offer Shift Allowance)
• Fresh graduated will also be considered
