Reporting directly to CEO, he/she will lead the core operation and sales teams of our Call and Care Service. He/she willdevelop and implement strategies as well as plans to achieve growth targets, form marketing and technology partnership for business development, devise promotional campaigns and manage channel relationships. He/she will work with our CEO and other team members to devise strategic plan for the Call and Care Service.

Ideal Candidate:

• Senior managerial experience with minimum 10 years of operations and sales
• Prior experience in telecom or technology a bonus
• Successful track record in running P&L with leadership position
• Bachelor degree or above
• Passion to apply strong business skillsets and judgement to the unique environment of a leading social enterprise
• Strong strategic mindset, leadership skills, communication skills, people management abilities
• Flexible and dynamic, ability to collaborate with teams across diverse functions
• Excellent English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
