Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and provide comprehensive solution, enabling the customer to enjoy the professional service
  • Execute all customer service tasks in call center operation including call & case handling, provide service to customers, contact assistance providers, reporting actions in the system applications, with high level of quality, accuracy and productivity
  • Handle customer complaints with a high sense of urgency
  • Complete other work assigned by supervisors

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or equivalent
  • With 1 year's of relevant experience in MNC in a call centre environment would be an advantage 
  • Excellent teamwork, time management and communication skills
  • Pleasant, stable, independent and have strong sense of responsibility and urgency
  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office especially in Excel
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
