The Job, you will:

- Learn the evaluation process on the service contract in view of budget control and customer requirement

- Assist the manager to review service level and coordinate the renewal process of the customer contract

- Assist the manager to provide administrative support for updating maintenance record

- Handle enquires from the internal parties for arranging support resource to the customer contract

- Communicate with vendor and subcontractor to verify terms and conditions

About You:

- A good team member with good communication skills

- Able to work independently

- Diploma holders or above, preferable with technology related discipline

- More than 1 year relevant working experience in administrative or clerical work

- Good command of both written and spoken English as well as Chinese

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

- Fresh graduate or candidate with lower academic qualification can apply for Administration Clerk
