Job Description
The Job, you will:
- Learn to operate large-scale network infrastructure based on ITIL framework
- Follow operation procedure to provision network management service, isolate problem and report incident for the customer’s infrastructure
- Conduct regular check on the managed infrastructure
- Work in Network Operations Centre on shift duty
About You:
- Require a stable environment to start career development in ICT field
- A good team member with good communication skills
- Higher Diploma or Associate Degree holders in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or related disciplines
- More than 1 year relevant working experience
- Fresh graduate or candidate with lower academic qualification can apply for Assistant Network Operations Engineer
