Responsibilities:

• Setup and install new computer hardware and software for new and existing internal users & Client.
• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of relevant hardware, software, and support policies, in order to provide technically accurate solutions to end user.
• Attend training sessions and possibly assist in training workshops.
• Participate in team projects that enhance the quality or efficiency of help-desk service.
• Assist in CCTV & network installation.
• Liaise with computer supplier for hardware and software inventory.

Requirements:

• Diploma in computer related subject.
• Hand-on experience in support MS Windows Server, MS Office and common application software.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and reasoning skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills - able to communicate well at all levels at different levels within an organization.
• Stress tolerance, service-mindedness and teamwork orientation.
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
