Job Description
Summary:
The client is a long-established business services firm with a presence in the major cities around the world. With Hong Kong as its regional hub, the client is now looking to hire for a newly-created IT Support position to join their existing IT team.
Job Description:
- Provide on-site technical support for desktop PCs – both software and hardware
- Assist with installation and configuration of computer systems
- Perform installation, administration, maintenance and operation of various servers and networking, system monitoring and System Upgrade
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Occasional on-site hardware and software installation/support for branch Service Units
- Participate or lead ad-hoc project assigned by supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/certificate in Information Technology or equivalent
- 1 - 2 year working experience on IT Services or Engineering would be advantage
- Fresh grad/ Passionate in I.T. filed is welcomed
- Knowledge of LAN / WAN and TCP / IP maintenance is preferred
- Hardworking, independent and able to work well as a team
- On-work training will be provided for less experienced candidates
