Job Description
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Perform other related duties such as developing spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
- Develop detailed project plan to track progress
- frequent travel to mainland to have production status meetings with manufacturers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, in scope and within budget
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope & schedule, report to management as needed
- Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Communication among clients, factory foremen, and supervisors
- experience in overseeing factory production is a plus
- proficient in design software (adobe illustrator, indesign, etc) is a plus
