RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for IT asset management, overall housekeeping, device management such as Software delivery and patch management on different OS platform
- Provide support in different Offices on IT integrated - AV facilities and meeting room facilities
- Follow operation workflow to achieve company's established quality standards, services level and industry best-practices and assist to update operational document and convert into a knowledge pool, e.g. manuals and procedures
- Provide technical solution to SCMP staff and work closely with other team for KPI measurement and Operation and SLA review
- Work as a team to resolve technical and operational issues, deliver IT services on time and enhance quality of work
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines with minimum 5 years of working experience in providing frontline support in a mission critical environment
- Holder of ITIL V3 and MCSE are preferred
- Experience with G-suite, mobile device support, Win & Apple OS and Applications will be an advantage
- Experience with Software delivery and Patch management. Experience in IT integrated facilities support, Vendor and Services Provider management
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in problem identification and resolution
- A good team player, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure independently
- Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
