Responsibilities

• Provide first line assistance and support to end users
• Resolve system, server, software, hardware and security related incidents
• Install and configure desktop / laptop hardware & software and IT equipments
• To perform inventory control of IT facilities, record keeping & documentation.
• Perform other ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related disciplines
• 3 years or above relevant experience
  
• Hands on trouble shooting experience in common office desktop / laptop hardware & software, configuration & video conference system
• Experience in server, network and mobile phone configuration is a plus
• Good command in written & spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self motivated, good customer services skill and able to work under pressure
