Responsibility:

• Provide IT support to end user
• Provide the basic training on IT products
• Prepare and review the training material for the IT products

Requirement

• Diploma or higher in Computing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of end user support
• Good communication skill on Cantonese and English
