Responsibilities:

• Perform server and network infrastructure installation, deployment, maintenance, support and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support and planning on Internet, Intranet, website, user application system, system software and hardware
• Liaise with other departments and negotiate with external parties on planned or ad-hoc IT infrastructure projects
• Pro-actively monitor, report and review infrastructure performance and security
• Research and develop recommendation that can help improving group’s IT infrastructure
• Plan & execute system backup and evaluate recovery plan from time to time
• Prepare technical documentation & user manual 
• Response to helpdesk phone request and provide daily user technical support.
• Participate in IT project as necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 3 to 5 year of working experience in network engineer role, preferably in multinational companies
• Must possess knowledge of standard quality assurance practices
• Must be well-organized and detail-oriented and possess good time management skills
• With strong team working spirit
• Familiar with IT Hardware / Software Project skills
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Experience on Windows and MS Exchange support, administration and maintenance is a must
• Experience on Network and Firewall administration such as Cisco network switch, ASA and FortiGate provisioning is an advantage
