Responsibilities

• Manage e-Commerce platform development and digital marketing project solution development. Participate in requirement collection, project planning, scheduling, UX design, wireframe preparation, vendor management, UAT and launch planning
• Develop detailed project plans, as well as issues and risk management plans for ongoing platform development
• Act as a bridge between business units and development team to ensure all tasks and milestones are delivered on time and with good quality
• Coordinate with different stakeholders including business users, IT team, creative team to ensure the quality of project
• Liaise and mange internal/ external resources to ensure timely and quality implementation
• Ensure deliverables are of high quality and in compliance with corporate guideline
• Manage change requests and conflicting requirements from business to ensure successful

Requirement

• University graduate in Information Systems, E-commerce or related disciplines
• Min 6 years Project Management experience, of which at least 3 years in a large scale e-Commerce or digital platform development
• Knowledge of data analysis, digital planning and technologies is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, creative and dynamic
• Good project management skill
• Good analytical, problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
