Main Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimizing management of daily operation effectively with high quality presentation.
• Build up excellent relationship with customers and develop new database.
• Provide customer service and promote products to customers in professional skill.  Achieve sales objectives and maximize the sales.
• Supervision and arrangement on daily delivery, responsible to communicate with third party logistic.
• Responsible for handling good control on stock inventory.
• Prepare daily reports and sales call.
• Handle tasting workshop and ad-hoc assignments.

    Requirements:

• At lease 2 years sales experience in wine retail shop.
• Knowledge of wine and wine business with relevant certificates will be definitely an advantage.
• Customer oriented, result driven, presentable, friendly, polite and willing to interact with different people and with good team spirit.
• Proficient in MS Office and Photoshop processing.
• Self-organized and detail oriented and strong sense of responsibility.
• Applicant with intensive wine knowledge and solid experience of shop operation will be considered as Assistant Shop Manager.
