Job description and responsibilities

• Learn to use company product (mobile APP);
• Handle customer enquiries online, or by phone, and e-mail, collect user requirements;
• Review and verify customers’ documents, e.g. signature verification, account opening, KYC process, etc., and assist in account opening for new clients;
• Participate in administration duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job requirements

• Willing to learn new knowledge in Blockchain area
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong communication and client servicing skills
• Customer service experience in financial industry is an advantage
• Secondary 5 and above, Degree holder in any disciplines is preferred
• Good understanding of KYC\AML is an advantage
