Responsibility:

1.Mainly responsible for business of Precision Mold, includes customer maintenance, work with BD manager to develop new customers;

2.Assist department head to do the management work;

3.Urge the smooth progress of new projects, Implement QBR with key customers

4. Participate in the formulation of departmental strategy and follow up strategy implementation on a monthly basis

5. Manage the strategy implementation of the group and review the performance results;

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above, major in Material Processing and Control Engineering or Mechanical Engineering & Marketing;

2. 5 -10 Years of experience in Marketing or Account Manager position;

3. Fluent in spoken and written English;

4. Familiar with mold technology, prefer to have precision mold business experience;

5. Have rich experience in project management and leadership.
