Job Description
Scope of Work:
- Coordinate with the CS team to provide assistance to customer services;
- Handle account opening including KYC, Document checking and system input;
- Handle client data screening for AML purpose;
- Handle and follow up clients’ enquiries, service requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner;
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist RO with daily work;
- Ensure clients documents are updated, reviewed, documented and complied with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements;
- Other ad hoc duties are required.
Requirement:
- Degree holder in Business, Financial Services, Economics or related disciplines;
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience preferably in brokerage industry;
- Holder of SFC Representative License of Type 1 & 2 is an advantage;
- Proactive, patient and responsible;
- Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and customer-oriented;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a must;
- Mature, independent and self-motivated, ability to work effectively under pressure and be a team player.
