Job Description

Scope of Work:

  • Coordinate with the CS team to provide assistance to customer services;
  • Handle account opening including KYC, Document checking and system input;
  • Handle client data screening for AML purpose;
  • Handle and follow up clients’ enquiries, service requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner;
  • Provide administrative support to the team and assist RO with daily work;
  • Ensure clients documents are updated, reviewed, documented and complied with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements;
  • Other ad hoc duties are required.

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Business, Financial Services, Economics or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience preferably in brokerage industry;
  • Holder of SFC Representative License of Type 1 & 2 is an advantage;
  • Proactive, patient and responsible;
  • Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and customer-oriented;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a must;
  • Mature, independent and self-motivated, ability to work effectively under pressure and be a team player.
